2025 SOLO ADVOCATE RUNNERS
Who They Are:
Solo Advocate Runners are individuals who turn their personal races into something greater. Whether it’s a marathon, an ultra, or a local 5K, they dedicate their run to mental health awareness and suicide prevention. They may run alone, but their purpose connects them to a movement much bigger than themselves.
Why “Advocate” Runners?
At Say Less Projects, we believe in the art of doing something about it. An advocate isn’t just someone who believes in a cause—they take action. Our Advocate Runners don’t just run; they raise awareness, spark conversations, and push for change. Their commitment embodies our mission: to inspire action and possibility through shared stories.
Solo Advocate Runners prove that one person’s effort can create a lasting impact. They take the miles ahead and turn them into something meaningful—showing that even in the loneliest moments, we are all in this together.
Run with purpose. Advocate for change.
What They Do:
• Run with Purpose: They dedicate their race to those affected by mental health challenges, carrying the cause with them every step of the way.
• Raise Awareness: Through personal storytelling, race-day dedications, and community engagement, they bring visibility to the conversation around mental health.
• Fundraise for Impact: They use their race to drive donations, directly supporting Say Less Projects’ mission—helping fund storytelling, community events, and mental health resources.
